 The world of magic always promises us something unusual. That's why glossy cards are used in the game. Perhaps the author wanted to show the amazing glow of the faults, which illuminates everything around. In the second edition of the game, the art on the cards was increased. Heroes of the universe, enemies and objects seem to have become closer. Just reach out.

 Colors have increased in brightness, the font has matured. It should be remembered that all witchcraft is a delicate matter. Therefore, a convenient compartment with dividers and foam inserts is provided for cards. Monster tablets are unchanged. The Ukrainian edition also contains additional promotional cards.

BIG AND MERCIFUL

 In each game, the heroes face one of four bosses, which must be destroyed before he destroys the city and kills all the wizards. Each boss has a unique appearance and fighting tactics. One wants to win with the number of henchmen, and the other prefers to do all the work himself. To win, it is necessary to exhaust the deck of actions and henchmen of the boss, or deprive him of the specified number of health points by using spells.

OTHER MIRACLES

 The Aeon’s End board is interesting not only because of the design, but also because of the mechanics. As in many other games, there are the usual actions and a market where you can buy cards for gems, but all this is implemented simply magically.

 Each player receives a hero tablet with health points and special abilities, as well as a deck of cards. The first innovation is that the deck is never shuffled. Whatever you do, spells require caution. A card purchased from the market is sent to reset along with the cards spent to buy it. When the deck runs out, you simply flip the discard face up without shuffling and continue playing. Thanks to this, you can calculate the decks and decide in which order the cards will come into the hand. This solution reduces randomness and adds strategy to moves.

 The second innovation is related to action planning. There are four breach tiles above the tablet, of which only one is initially open. Before playing a card, it must be placed on an open breach to charge it, and in the next turn cast a killing spell on the enemy. Precious stones will help open new loopholes that allow you to use even more spells at the same time.
