RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS



In our board game store you can rent many interesting games. The full list of games available at the club can be viewed at the Link .

The price of renting a game depends on the cost of the game. The more expensive the game, the more expensive the rental. Below is a table showing the dependence of the rental price on the cost.

Please note! Games that are freely available in Ukraine are available for rent. Collector's editions or foreign games can only be tried at the club.

According to the laws of Ukraine, we do not have the right to take any documents as collateral. Therefore, to borrow a game from us, you need to leave a cash deposit in the amount of the game cost (exclusively in cash in national currency) + the cost of rental for the first day.

RENTAL PRICE LIST:

In case of damage or loss of game components of a rented board game, the renter is financially liable. The amount of the fine is determined depending on the nature of the damage or the number of lost elements and may include the cost of replacing individual components or the full cost of the game if it cannot be restored.

• Cards (game, resource, special) – 10–20 UAH per card, depending on rarity or specialty.
• Chips, tokens, coins – 5–15 UAH per chip/token.
• Figurines, miniatures – 150–250 UAH per figurine, depending on size and material.
• Cubes – 15–50 UAH per cube.
• Playing field (folding, cardboard, modular) – 50–200 UAH for a damaged or lost part.
• Cardboard tablets / player fields – 50–150 UAH per tablet.
• Box or other packaging – 150–200 UAH, if it is impossible to restore the appearance.
• Complete loss of game/irreplaceable components – the cost of the game at the price at the time of rental.

Please treat the game components with care and return the game in its entirety and in good condition.
