CONDITIONS OF CONSENT *
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine in force, including, but not exclusively, the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On E-Commerce", the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising", the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", and the Law of Ukraine "On the Principles of State Linguistic Policy", as well as other laws and by-laws of Ukraine.
The online store lelekan.com.ua or (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") on the one hand and the Customer of the Goods / Buyer (hereinafter referred to as "Client") on the other hand undertake to abide by the terms of this Agreement in the course of legal relations.
1. USER REGISTRATION, COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA, AND CONFIDENTIALITY
1.1. By placing an order on lelekan.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), the Client agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
1.2. The Seller collects, stores and processes the following personal data of the Client: surname, first name, e-mail address, contact telephones, postal address. All this information is required by the Seller for the correct provision of services and maintenance of the Client's orders. By placing an order on the Site, the Client unreservedly and without fail agrees to any processing of their personal data, consent to the storage of their personal data in the Seller's databases, as well as to the transfer of their personal data to any third parties, method and for the purposes, not prohibited by the current legislation of Ukraine.
1.3. The personal information received from the Client is confidential. The Seller agrees not to pass it on to third parties, except when the data transmission is provided or not prohibited by the laws of Ukraine. It is not considered a breach of providing information to agents and third parties acting on a contract with the Seller to fulfill obligations to the Client. The Seller reserves the right to transfer the Client's data (shipping address, surname and telephone number) to the carrier and / or courier service cooperating with the Seller.
1.4. The processing and use of the database by the Seller is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
1.5. Each Customer retains the right to access its personal data, the right to make corrections, as well as to request the termination of data processing by the Seller.
1.6. The Seller reserves the right to use the Client's personal information for marketing purposes (analysis of sales data, analysis of site traffic, e-mailing, etc.).
1.7. By registering on the Seller's website and leaving personal information, the Client undertakes to provide accurate information about himself.
2. RECEIVING AND PROCESSING CUSTOMER ORDERS
The Customer can purchase goods from the Seller in three ways: online, by telephone and at the Seller's Store, also referred to as "Lelekan" for marketing and market positioning purposes.
2.1. Online shopping.
It is carried out by adding the desired product to the cart by the Client on the site lelekan.com.ua , as well as on the official pages of the Seller on social networks Facebook and Instagram , etc.
2.2. Purchase of goods by telephone.

2.3. Ordering the goods in the store.
The seller's shop is located at: Lviv, vul. Rubchak, 21-B. You can see the mode of operation and the map indicating the location of the Seller's store in the Contacts section.
2.4. After placing an order on the Seller's website, the Client receives an automatic message to the e-mail address left by him when completing the application and waits for a call from the store manager to clarify the order details.
2.5. The order is not considered executed and will not be serviced by the Seller until the Client confirms the order status of the online store manager by phone.
2.6. After processing and confirmation by the Seller of the executed order, it is considered that the parties have concluded the contract of sale with the rights and obligations stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine, unless otherwise stated and agreed in the contract of sale.
3. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
3.1 Courier Delivery (LVIV):
From Monday to Friday, the Seller transmits the Client's order information to the courier service. Upon receipt of the Client's order confirmation by 20:00, the order is placed in the delivery service and will be delivered the next day from 12:00 to 20:00. The standard delivery price is 40 UAH. Urgent or weekend delivery is negotiated individually. The cost of such service is calculated separately.
3.2. Pickup from the store
If you wish to pick up the goods in person, the Client can do it in our store.
3.3. Delivery to regions:
Delivery in Ukraine is carried out with the help of the company Nova Poshta within 3 days from the moment of ordering. The cost and details of such delivery differ depending on the Client's region of residence and the size of the parcel.
3.4 The Seller assumes no obligation to indemnify the Client for any damages related to the late delivery of the order and shall not be exempt from any possible penalties.
3.5 The Customer reserves the right to refuse the goods or postpone delivery at a convenient time. He is obliged to inform the Seller by phone +380978247182 not later than 16:00 on the day of order (when the order is made before 15:00) and not later than 12:00 (when ordering after 15:00 of the previous day). If for any reason the Client changes his mind, forgets or fails to inform about the cancellation of the order and the goods have already been sent by the Seller for delivery, the Client is obliged to compensate for the full cost of delivery.

4. Verification by the CUSTOMER of the received goods
4.1 The customer who receives the product must check it for quality and quantity.
4.2. The customer has the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days from the moment of purchase, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".
5. WARRANTY SERVICE.
The lelekan.com.ua online store provides a formal warranty from the manufacturer. You can read more about warranty service in the relevant section.
6. CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT
6.1 The online store lelekan.com.ua reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally at any time, with any fundamental changes in the Agreement the online store agrees to notify the Buyer by e-mail, and the Buyer gives consent to receive messages of this kind from the online store.
6.2 The online store lelekan.com.ua undertakes to make the terms of this Agreement freely available to the Buyer on its website.
7. DISCLAIMER
7.1 The online store lelekan.com.ua reserves the right at any time without notice to the Client to make changes regarding the goods, materials and services provided on the site.
7.2 The online store lelekan.com.ua is not responsible for any damages (including non-pecuniary damage, loss of profit (loss of profit), data or interruption of business activity) arising from the use or inability to use this site.
8. OTHER CONDITIONS
8.1. To meet the requirements of Art. 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On E-commerce" the Seller informs that access to all necessary information about the Seller can be provided before, during or after the ordering by the Client, by providing information by phone or other, not prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine, method or other in the manner agreed by the Parties.
8.2. In order to remove any claims regarding language and information provided in the lelekan.com.ua Web Store, any information provided in this Agreement and on the http://lelekan.com.ua Web Site should be evaluated. in general, as advertising on the site products, which, in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article Art. 26 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Principles of State Language Policy" is not a violation of the legislation of Ukraine.
