Returns and Exchanges

According to the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer can:

1. Exchange a good quality product.

2. Return goods of proper quality.

3. Return or exchange a product of inadequate quality.


Which product is subject to exchange:

1. Goods with a receipt;

2. Product in original packaging with preserved tags and labels, which was not used;

3. Goods, after the purchase of which 14 days have not passed.


The procedure for returning and exchanging good quality goods:

1. Inform about the intention to return the paid product;

2. Report the declaration number of the sent parcel and the bank card number for the refund;

3. After receiving the goods within three working days, we will return your money or other goods

All services of carriers or commissions, money transfers are paid for by us.

Exchange and return of goods is carried out through Nova Post or Ukrposhta, as well as at the physical address:
79004, Ukraine, str. Rubchaka 21 B, Lelekan store.
Refunds are made after receiving the goods.

Refunds are made to a card or by money transfer to a branch of Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta.

Refunds are made within 3 days from the moment the parcel is received by the seller at a branch of Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta.
