 Please check the product for defects upon receipt.


 Pay attention! When receiving the parcel, carefully check the integrity of the packaging and contents. If there are any defects, notify a representative of "Nova Poshta" or the relevant postal service and sign the relevant act.


 This way, regardless of the decision on the act, we will have proof of the defect and will be able to offer you a refund or compensation even in the event of a rejection on the act.


 Otherwise, we do not accept claims related to damage.


 In the case of detected problems with the completeness (completeness is determined by the description of the product on the box or in the instructions), we will arrange a replacement or send the missing component within 1 working day to 1 month, depending on the availability of the component.

 

 You can also exchange or return a product that is subject to the Consumer Protection Act within 14 days of purchase. To take advantage of this opportunity, please ensure that:


  • the product has not been used and has no signs of use: scratches, chips, abrasions, other damages
  • the product is fully assembled and the integrity of the package has not been violated (the protective film has not been removed)
  • all labels and factory markings are preserved.

 

 Payment of transport costs in the case of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer.


 In the event of a delay in the order, its complete loss, an incorrect delivery route, or other unforeseen circumstances, the seller is responsible for covering the costs.
