Delivery with guarantees all over Ukraine

In case of loss of the order during transportation by carriers, we offer at your choice: we either send the order again, or compensate the full price of the order.

Product quality guarantee

All of our products are of high quality, so we guarantee that in the event of a defect or in the absence of some components, we will offer you your choice: either we will order these components from you publisher, or replace the game.

Did not like the product - we will return the money!

Within 14 days of receipt of the order, you have the right to refuse the order received without explanation. We guarantee a refund or exchange for another product with an equivalent price. Please make sure that the item was not in use (the packing film was not removed from the board game) and that the item was not damaged.

When returning goods via carriers from other cities of Ukraine to Lviv, you pay the shipping cost of the carrier. We will refund you within 4 banking days of the date following the date of receipt of the item.

Guarantees of protection against damages during transportation across Ukraine

For your understanding, we insure all shipments via carriers. In case of damage to the goods by the carrier, we can compensate them. But to prevent any damage, we pack your orders very well.
