DESCRIPTION OF THE BOARD GAME BEACON PATROL 

 Help will come soon, tea, sugar and rum will be brought to us... Ha... if only! Unfortunately, hoping for such a thing is futile, because the entire safety of the North Sea and the coast today is only in our hands! And we will decide whether they are reliable or crooked in the near future.

 Our coastal patrol goes out to investigate lighthouses, check the location of buoys and generally ensure safe sea travel for other ships. So we take the tiles in our hands and put them on the field - one by one to show the best result! The co-op tile-moving board game offers great family fun with the sea breeze on your faces!

GAME PROCESS

 Hear the singing of the waves, they lift your boat on the crest and move forward! Our goal is to explore as much sea space as possible, and buoys and beacons will bring extra victory points at the end of the game. Tiles are considered explored if they are connected to other tiles on all four sides. The rules for playing in a company and playing alone are almost the same - you can calmly sit down at the table with three of your friends (four players in total), or, if you like puzzles, play "Coast Patrol" on your own.

 During your turn you can:

• Lay the tile. You must place tiles next to the one on which your ship is placed. This tile is called current. Adjacent means above, below, right or left but not diagonally. All tiles must be oriented in the correct direction according to the arrows in the corner, and they must match according to the pattern: sea to sea, land to land.
• Rock the ship. Each time you place a tile on the field, you make one free movement of the ship - it jumps onto it. This first move does not require a movement token, but to move further you must spend one such token for each step of the ship. Flip them from the blue side to the red side so you'll always know how many moves you have available. Of course, the ship only travels on water, so all unwanted islands will have to be sailed around. By the way, you can remove the tiles you don't like from the field!
• Exchange tiles with another player. If none of the tiles in your hand for the current turn suit your purposes, trade them! What a pity - this option is closed for single player. You can only trade your tiles for another player's tiles.

 Play this way until all available tiles are gone, then score points by going from top to bottom row by row. Each explored tile will bring you one VP, scouted buoys count 2 points each, and explored tiles with beacons will give you as many as 3 victory points. Compare your result with the table - do you think the next time swimming will be more successful?
