DESCRIPTION OF THE BOARD GAME STAR REALMS

 The game "Star Realms" takes participants to the world of interstellar conflicts and a ruthless struggle for power. Chaos reigns in the galaxy: the once united Trade Federation has collapsed, and its fragments have turned into warring factions. Each of them has its own technologies, strategies and ambitions - from the insidious Star Empire to the aggressive Slugs. Players will become commanders of space fleets and plunge into the very center of the confrontation, where every decision can be decisive in the struggle for survival and domination.

DECK BUILDING GAME

 From a mechanical point of view, Star Realms is a classic deck-building game where players gradually improve their decks. At the start, each player has a basic set of cards - 8 scouts and 2 fighters, which bring resources or deal basic damage.

 In each round, players draw 5 cards, play them, accumulate resources to purchase new cards from the trade row, or attack opponents. The main strategy is to build a deck around certain factions, as cards from the same faction reinforce each other and unlock additional effects.

 Factions have unique features: the Star Empire forces opponents to discard cards, the Trade Federation restores health, the Machine Cult helps to "clean" the deck of weak cards, and the Slugs specialize in aggressive attacks and destroying cards in the trade row.

CONSTANT PROTECTION

 In addition to ships, the game has bases that remain in the game and provide permanent bonuses. Outpost bases, in turn, protect the player, forcing opponents to destroy them first. Victory goes to the one who first reduces the influence (health) of the opponents to zero - that is, completely destroys their fleet and dominates the galaxy.
