DESCRIPTION OF THE BOARD GAME WELCOME TO...

 Just look at this mountain of drawings! In order for the paper neighborhoods to become a place where very real people want to live, you will have to make a good effort. "Welcome To..." is a fast-paced city-building game where pencil lines turn into plaques on the walls of brand new buildings!

BEFORE THE GAME

 Three stacks of construction plans of various levels of complexity and three stacks of construction maps are placed on the table. Players open one blueprint of each difficulty. Each player receives a personal field in the form of a tear-off sheet. If you run out of fields, you can print the electronic version.

GAME PROCESS

 The goal of the game: to complete the construction plan and score the maximum number of points. Players walk simultaneously. At the beginning of the round, one top card from each building pile is revealed. The face-up card shows a useful effect, and the shirt of the next card in the pile is the house number that can be built. Players choose house numbers and enter them in the corresponding cells.

BEAUTY AND ORDER

 You have three streets at your disposal. They should be built so that the house numbers go in ascending order from left to right without repetition. Numbers can be skipped. If the player cannot enter the number of the house, he gets a refusal in the construction.

 After that, you can use the open card effect. Fences allow you to combine houses into residential groups - this will bring you extra points at the end of the game. The comfort of residents also depends on parks and pools. Do you want your area to be considered the most prestigious? Then hire agents! Smart workers will help to replace the plate with the number of the house.

EVERYTHING IS GOING ACCORDING TO PLAN!

 The player who completes the chosen plan first gets extra points. Their number is indicated in the lower left corner of the map. The number of the completed plan is written in the corresponding cell. In the simplest plans, only the number of residential groups and their sizes are indicated. More complex ones contain different building conditions. The game ends when one of the players

• gets three rejections
• fulfills all three plans,
• builds all its streets.

 Counting of points begins. The participant who scored the maximum number becomes the winner. Congratulations! Next time you can make an even more perfect district! By the way, you can create the neighborhood of your dreams alone. The rules are slightly different from the basic ones. But now the main goal of the player is to improve his result every time. Successful development!
