DESCRIPTION OF BOARD GAME SMITTEN

 You didn't expect it at all, but here's a surprise for you: the author of such tabletop giants as Winery, Epochs, Edges of the World, Sickle and many others, pleased everyone with another work for the anniversary of Stonemaier Games. Do you know how many cards are included in the new cooperative board game? - Eighteen! And is there anything else besides cards? - No! Well, we have said everything, now you can be surprised!

MINIMALISM AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL

 Small does not mean simple! In this fast-paced one-two co-op microgame, with art by the talented Vincent Dutre, players will attempt to place two identical three-by-three card squares on a field. The gradation of difficulty levels will allow you to enjoy the game more than once and will not let you get bored too quickly, and the size of the box will hint that Enchanted can and should be taken with you on a long and not so long trip!

GAME PROCESS

 At the beginning of the chapter about the progress of the game, the authors explain to us what information we can share with each other. It is not forbidden to talk about the weather, birds or the list of products with which you went to the store today, but all game information should be limited to two categories: the ability or desire to play this or that card.

 In the preparation phase, one random card was set aside, shirt up, and your hands were dealt three or four cards depending on the difficulty level you chose. Now you need to play these cards in any of the two available squares. The active player lays a card on the table, and his partner must follow the instructions it dictates. Except for the first card in each square, all others must be adjacent to each other orthogonally and form a general picture. At the end of the turn, we draw cards to a full hand and decide who will go next and become the active player.

 If a situation arises where neither player can play a card, or a partner can't complete their part of an important team work, then accept the inevitable, count yourself a loss and start a new mission. But if you still manage to collect 17 cards in both squares, lay out the last one as a finishing touch and rejoice that you still won and won!

EXPERT LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY AND SOLO PLAY

 The most difficult level almost completely changes the rules of the game: you will not be able to place a card if, because of it, there will be two cards more or less in another square. In this way, the squares will develop evenly, in a harmonious balance.

 The rules of solo play are specifically set out in a separate paragraph. To understand them, it is not at all necessary to read the basic instructions and understand them. In this case, both of your hands become partners and will interact with each other in much the same way as if you were playing with your human companion.
