DESCRIPTION OF THE BOARD GAME DVONN 

 The third game in the series of abstract strategies "GIPF Project". Perhaps one of the most popular games in the line. A worthy challenge for experienced strategists and tacticians, ready to come together in a battle of pure intelligence without any admixture of chance. It differs favorably from other logic games in that victory can be achieved by repeating the same techniques. Therefore, spectacular and unexpected endings are guaranteed to you.

BEFORE THE GAME

 A playing field is laid out on the table. The first player gets all the white chips and 2 red ones. The second player will play for the black ones and gets 1 red chip.

HOW TO PLAY

 First, players, starting with the first, take turns placing one chip on the field. Red chips are placed first, followed by chips of their own color. This phase largely determines the next phase and affects the outcome of the game.

 Then the opponents move the chips and lay out stacks from them. On your turn, you need to move a chip in a straight line and place it on another. You can only move chips of your own color. The distance you can move a chip is determined by the height of the stack. For example, if there are 5 chips in a stack, then it can be moved by five divisions. The top chip of the stack determines who owns the stack. The goal of the game: to collect the maximum number of chips in your stacks.

I HEAR THE RINGING BUT I DON'T KNOW WHERE DVONN IS

 Red chips are called Dvonn. The chips and stacks of players must be connected to these chips. This is the main feature of the game. If the connection is broken, the corresponding chips are removed from the field. Red chips can be moved, but other chips can be placed on them. After that, Dvonn can be moved with the entire stack.

END OF THE GAME

 If a chip is surrounded on all sides, it cannot be moved. If the players are unable to make a move, the game ends. The participants collect their stacks and count the number of chips in them. The participant who has the maximum number becomes the winner.
