DESCRIPTION OF THE BOARD GAME AGE OF INNOVATION 


 It goes without saying that a strong economic strategy should be in the collection of every tabletop! Usually, when you were overwhelmed with the desire to terraform something, monitor the flow of resources, place workers and, of course, control territories, you would grab a box of Terra Mystica or maybe Terra Nova and run to a geeky friend or friends willing to support your passion. Now let them run to you themselves, because the universe of Terra Mystica is expanding! Another well-thought-out stand-alone Euro game, full of economic and strategic considerations, is now on your desk!

 The events of "Age of Innovation" unfold in the world of Terra Mystica. Here you will find a diverse combination of faction properties, innovations, palaces, actions of power and books, and many variable gadgets, thanks to which your strategy for the game can always be unique and unrepeatable. Two-layer tablets, a large playing field and high-quality wooden components complement the overall positive impression that the novelty leaves behind.


RIVALS WON'T DAMAGE YOUR AMBITIOUS PLANS, RIGHT?


 The goal of this game is to have your faction control the largest part of the map. However, simply taking and settling somewhere is not about the "Era of Innovation"! The terrain will still need to be changed to make it suitable for settlers: each faction has a native area where they will build - it can be a desert, plain, swamp, lake, forest, mountain or wasteland. You will need all the knowledge, experience and competence to plan the development of your state, keeping close to other factions and not allowing them to pressure you too much.


ACQUISITION OF RESOURCES


 At the beginning of each round, you will receive new resources - your current income, the source of which is primarily the planning tablet. Coins, tools, books, power points, open scientists - all this can be yours, just stop by! So you will get as planned, don't be offended! Income can also be obtained from the field of science, from round bonus tokens, your innovations and competencies.

 There will be a total of 6 rounds in the game. When everyone receives their income, we move to the action phase, and then to obtaining scientific bonuses and preparing for the next round. The variety of actions is impressive, and we will perform them in the order of the queue on the initiative of one at a time. The action phase will end as soon as all players say "pass".


ACTIONS


 So you can terraform an area to build a workshop there, upgrade a workshop to a guild, a guild to a palace or school, and a school to a university. Each upgrade, accordingly, will give you a certain amount of tools and coins. Also among the actions are the improvement of shipping, which will increase the limits of your faction's reach, the introduction of innovation, the modernization of terraforming, the expedition of scientists, as well as special actions and actions of the force and books. When in your turn you can't or don't want to perform an action, pass. To do this, follow the appropriate steps from the appropriate section in the rules.

 At the end of the game, the most interesting thing will come - counting points for the territory (for groups of erected buildings), for science (for the level of the state marker relative to other players) and for the remaining resources, which we convert into coins, and every 5 coins will bring one victory point.
