DESCRIPTION OF THE BOARD GAME DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: THE LEGEND OF DRIZZT

 The third installment of the Dungeons & Dragons board game series takes us to the world of the Forgotten Realms, which dates back to the late 1980s. Created by Ed Greenwood for his campaigns, it grew to incredible proportions and became a huge universe that was loved by many.

 And now it's time to congratulate the valiant warriors! The main character of The Legend of Drizzt was the character of the writer Robert Salvatore - the dark elf Drizzt Do'Urden from the trilogy "Valley of the Ice Wind". He is opposed by Balor Ertu, who is rightfully considered one of the strongest demons belonging to the Tanar'ri race. However, Drizzt is in no hurry to fall into sadness, because he is accompanied by loyal friends. Including the dwarven king Brenor, nicknamed the Warhammer. His adopted daughter, Catty-Bree, is Drizzt's fiancée and is adept at bowing. The squad also includes Wulfgar, Bruenor's mentor and one of Utgard's most famous barbarians. Together with them, the halfling thief Regis and the fighting dwarf Atrogate go on the road. They are waiting for the dungeons of Fayrun, battles with goblins and trolls, fights with dragons and elementals, as well as battles with the henchmen of the goddess Lolth and creatures whose appearance is very reminiscent of Cthulhu.

HEROES AND WILIANS

 In addition to the aforementioned heroes, there are two more in the game. Artemis Entreri is Drizzt's sworn enemy, who tries in every way to prove his superiority to the latter. Jarlax Benr is a dark elf who will do anything for money. Both of these characters can act as both heroes and villains.

GAME PROCESS

 Players choose characters, their starting abilities, and a scenario. Detailed miniatures will delight any collector and fan of "Dungeons & Dragons". 13 scenarios are available to players. Among them there are fully cooperative and competitive ones. In the first case, the players either win together or lose together. In the second case, only the group of players who completed the winning task can win.

 The dungeon consists of tiles that are placed randomly. As the game progresses, new tiles will be added to the dungeon. Monsters suddenly appear from open areas of the dungeon. On the map of the monster there is a description of its actions. Battles are reduced to dice rolls, with modifiers added to the results.
