DESCRIPTION OF EXPANSION DIXIT 6: MEMORIES

 Memory is a very strange thing. A person tends to remember all the good moments that happen to him and at the same time to block negative memories as much as possible. And of course, the brain is able to intertwine conjectures, fantasies and even fragments of books, movies and paintings with real facts. The result is an incredible porridge, in which a person sincerely believes. Scientists from many universities conducted experiments, the essence of which was reduced to one thing: the subject adjusted the template unreal situation and threw rumors. For example, a military man did not miss a fence somewhere in the deep forest, and an acquaintance said that there, behind the fence, a UFO crashed. And a year later the subject was sincerely convinced that he had seen with his own eyes the wreckage of a flying saucer, a bunch of armed men, helicopters, tanks and scientists in chemical protection suits.

 Dixit 6: Memories is a great addition to the great Dixit game. This time the authors hit the memories. Indeed, all the images on the cards evoke pleasant associations with the past. Each illustration is imbued with the spirit of children's fairy tales, kindness and warmth. But all these pictures are completely ambiguous. On one or Mulan from the cartoon of the same name, or a participant in a masquerade for Halloween. And on the other map is exactly the Iron Lumberjack from "The Wizard of the Emerald City". Although, if you look closely, he is more like Thunderbolt from "The Mystery of the Third Planet". Illustrations, as always, at the height, evoke a lot of pleasant associations and, thus, make the game incredibly interesting.
