 Terraforming Mars: Prelude is an addition to the large-scale board game Conquest of Mars.

 The colonization of Mars continues and is gaining momentum. Competition is growing and the number of colonizers is increasing at the expense of five newly arrived corporations that intend to additionally implement and develop 7 previously unseen projects on the planet.

 With the Terraforming Mars: Inception expansion, an additional deck of 35 cards - special prologue cards - is introduced to the main game.

 DIFFICULT CHOICE: HOW NOT TO MAKE A MISTAKE?

 With the addition of Terraforming Mars: Prelude, there are two variations of preparation for the game. The first suggests mixing the new project and corporation cards from the add-on with the corresponding base game decks. The second option gives the players a choice and offers to deal them one corporation card each from the add-on deck and the main game. Who would you prefer? The choice is always not easy.

 Also, when the cards are dealt, the players receive an additional 4 prologue cards, of which they must keep 2. Now there is an additional round, during which the participants play the chosen 2 prologue cards and discard the other 2.

The second option - the player is faced with the goal of increasing his rating to 63 within 14 generations, which will help you with the Buffer Gas project, while it is not necessary to increase the global parameters.
