DESCRIPTION OF THE BOARD GAME "PREY ANOTHER DAY"

 Silence and peace enveloped the forest. Even the badger, it seems, finally dozed off and did not hang its ears on the branch... But is it really so? - probably all this is just a dream. Can you imagine that life here hides an irreconcilable struggle for survival? And so it is: if your stomach rumbles, it is worth coming out of hiding and going hunting. The main thing is that someone does not decide to hunt you!

 Try to survive in this card board game, where bluffing and your acting skills reign supreme: a hungry beast is ready to do anything for a piece of delicious food. Whoever you are — a bear, a wolf, a lynx, an owl or a mouse — everyone wants to eat. According to the laws of nature, the bigger one will feast on the smaller one. “Something in the Forest…” is a fast, fun and very gambling board game with a touch of social deduction: is it time to use your animal instincts… or trust in the capricious fate?

HOW TO SURVIVE HERE?

 Each of you will receive one of each animal in your hand - bear, wolf, lynx, owl, and mouse cards - and appetizing food tokens will appear in the center of the table: that's what the real fight will be about!

 Each round consists of several exciting hunts. First, everyone secretly chooses one of their animals and places it face down in front of them, making a move in this forest game. But then the most interesting part begins: now someone will call the animals in turn, that is, announce their names from the lowest value on the card to the highest. If one of the players places the announced animal, he must turn the indicated card face up. It turns out that everyone played bears this time? - the prey escaped because you wasted time on pointless showdowns with each other, try to make up for it in the next round!

 When thinking about which card to play, you should also assume who your opponents might have chosen. And here you can rely on each of your talents: natural curiosity, keen forest observation, or the ability to look predatory and brilliant bluff - everything will come in handy!

 So what result are we aiming for? All we have to do is reach a situation where only you have played a certain animal. Then we name the weaker beast we want to hunt in this round, and the other players who played it are now forced to discard this card and be eliminated until the end of the round - oh, these cruel laws of the forest!

 Draw two food tokens for yourself if you are the only one left in the forest, or wait for the third hunt and divide the prey among the surviving animals according to the amount on the cards. Whoever is more important will get 2 pieces, while the others will gnaw on the bones - they will have to be content with only one token. At least they won't be eaten... Try to collect 5 food tokens to win the game!
