DESCRIPTION OF THE DVONN BOARD GAME

 The third game in a series of abstract strategies "GIPF Project". Probably one of the most popular games in the line. A worthy challenge for experienced strategists and tactics, ready to come together in the battle of pure intelligence without the admixture of coincidences. It differs favorably from other logic games in that victory cannot be achieved by repeating the same techniques. Therefore, spectacular and unexpected finals are guaranteed.

BEFORE THE GAME

 The playing field is laid out on the table. The first player gets all the white chips and 2 red ones. The second participant will play for the blacks and receive 1 red chip.

HOW TO PLAY

 First, the players from the first in turn put on the field one chip. The red chips are placed first, and then the chips of their color. This phase greatly affects the outcome of the game.

 Then the opponents move the chips and lay out stacks of them. In the course it is necessary to move a counter on a straight line and to establish on another. You can only move chips of your color. The distance to which you can move the chip is determined by the height of the stack. For example, if you have 5 chips in a stack, you can move it to five divisions. The top of the stack determines who owns the stack. The aim of the game: to collect the maximum number of chips in stacks.

I HEAR DVONN, BUT I DON'T KNOW WHERE HE IS

 The red chips are called Dvonn. Players' chips and stacks must be associated with these chips. This is the main feature of the game. If the connection is broken, the corresponding chips are removed from the field. Red chips cannot be moved, but other chips can be installed on them. After that, Dvonn can be moved with the whole glass.

END OF THE GAME

 If the chip is surrounded on all sides, it cannot be moved. If players do not have the opportunity to make a move, the game ends. Participants take their stacks and count the number of chips in them. The participant who scores the maximum number becomes the winner.
