DESCRIPTION OF THE BOARD GAME HIDDEN LEADERS

 Test your strength in under-the-carpet wrestling, bluffing and intrigue - what plans for the evening could turn out to be better? Brave warriors are just waiting for our go-ahead to start a bloody battle, and the thin threads from countless puppets are tightly clenched in our fist. Today, each of us is the son or daughter of the resting emperor, the gray cardinal of his faction, whose task it is to prevent its collapse. The mountain peoples of Oshra Island are in fierce conflict with the Imperials, the undead are predictably bloodthirsty, and the mermen prefer to watch everything with popcorn. I wonder how long they can stay away?

 "Hidden Leaders" is a card board game in which we are going to influence the Highlanders or Imperials in one way or another by playing hero cards. The tokens of these two nations will jump along the influence track to the left or right, and depending on which positions they stop, the leading faction will be determined. The secret leader supported by this faction will be able to look at everyone slyly and shake his fingers under the chin - the stars shine only in honor of the winner!

GAME PROCESS

 The game will last as many rounds as it takes the luckiest player to gather the required number of heroes in their squad. The fewer players at the table, the more heroes are needed to win.

 In our turn, we have to perform four consecutive actions:

• Play a card from your hand to the squad to induce markers on the influence track and play other interesting properties, or discard up to three cards to the discard pile called "Glush".
• Get cards from the tavern, where there will always be three open heroes, or the port deck, from which you will have to draw cards "into the dark", up to four pieces per hand.
• Discard the extra card(s) to Glush so that you end up with three.
• Bring new visitors from Porto to the tavern, i.e. fill the empty cells with fresh cards.

PROPERTIES OF CARDS AND MYSTERIOUS HEROES

 After playing a card, it is necessary to use its quality, if possible. And here the trash begins: in addition to the standard movement of markers on the track, we will exchange cards, discard, transfer to a tavern or squad, draw new cards from decks or take from other players, "hide" corpses of the dead faction, turn over cards, in general , create wild arbitrariness that prevents our opponents from playing.

 In the end, the final winner will be determined by the secret leader card that is dealt to you at the start of the game. In the process, the leader can be joined by a couple or three more friends, whose cards lie face up and will have weight in the event of a tie. First you need to determine the winning faction:

• The Dead will win if both markers are in the dark war zone on the last four influence cells;
• The water ones are drowned so that the red and green markers stand on the same cell or on neighboring ones;
• The Imperials want to move to the right of the Highlanders by at least two cells;
• Highlanders win if their green marker is at least two divisions to the right of the imperial red one.
• After that, the secret leader cards are revealed and the climax takes place: determine which of you managed to win the support of the winning faction!
