DESCRIPTION OF BOARD GAME ORANGE QUEST

 Urgent release! The notorious outlaw Sticky Joe has just robbed an entire candy train and escaped in an unknown direction! Immediately go to the chase! If there are candies or lollipops on your way, then you are moving in the right direction.

 Here is the Ukrainian localization of the trashy card game Orange Quest: In pursuit of Candy Joe, which sounds even more fun in Ukrainian: Catching Up with Sticky Joe. Participants of this game will turn into unique heroes who chase the bandit and collect candies (victory points). But this trip is not a team trip, it's everyone for themselves, so save your candies from your rivals. Unbelievable adventures, battles with formidable bosses, sweet parties, and cunning distribution of sweets await you.

GAME PROCESS

 Place a deck of location cards, a deck of boss cards, and a deck of action cards face up on the table. From the last one, deal 5 cards to each player's hand.

 Also, players get their own character card, each of which has a unique property.

GO FOR THE CANDY

 The pursuit of Sticky Joe will last several days (rounds). The schedule of each day is always the same:

 In the morning we prepare for the trip. Players draw two cards from the action deck into their hand.

 In the afternoon , the heroes go on the road. In this phase of the round, the top card from the terrain card deck is revealed, which determines the location that the characters fall into. It is mandatory to fulfill the conditions of the card indicated on the card. These conditions will give players certain bonuses or, on the contrary, prohibit them from doing something on this day.

 Evening The most dangerous time of the day. One of the bosses, Sticky Joe's henchmen, joined the heroes in battle. Players reveal the top card of the boss, which shows the amount of losses to defeat him, and the trophies placed, if any. All means are good in battle! Look at your action cards, especially the combat cards (with a red frame). There you will find slingshots, shotguns, and even cakes and other original weapons, each of which has its own power.

 Heroes dunk the boss collectively, laying out weapon cards in front of them. If the total strength of the weapon cards exceeds the number of lives of the boss, he is defeated. But it is not enough to defeat him, you need to try to cause him the greatest damage. The distribution of trophies will depend on this. Yes, yes, including sweets!

 By the way, the same action cards taken from the deck face up act as candies in the game. Candies are earned in battle - you can't take them just like that. Candies are stored in the player's personal inventory - under his character card.

 Party . At the end of the day, regardless of the outcome of the boss fight, the heroes throw a night party. In this phase, players play special blue-framed action cards against each other. Hold your candy tighter. Opponents will challenge you to a duel, trick and provoke in order to take possession of part of your loot.

 After the party comes the next day of travel (next round) again with morning preparation. The duration of the sticky joe chase depends on the players' prior arrangements. Usually 4 to 6 rounds. According to the results of the game, the victory will be won by the participant with the largest number of candies in his inventory.

WHO IS THE GAME FOR?

 Orange Quest is a fun card action game with a good candy mining atmosphere. Agree that fighting for candy is much more fun than chasing monsters around the dungeon. However, who cares.
