DESCRIPTION OF THE BOARD GAME WILL: ASSAULT SQUAD

 Will is how much meaning we put into this word today. That's probably why the Ukrainian company Will Production decided to give such a famous name to its new project - a board game based on the comic book series of the same name. Before us on the table is an author's dueling strategy board game, the goal of which is to destroy all the enemy characters, fulfill the main objective of the mission or reduce the health level of the enemy assault squad - it's us now, it's us easily!

 Right from the start, we are faced with a difficult choice, who will play on our side: a team of Ukrainian warrior-heroes or an incomprehensible horde of zombie-communars. GAME PROCESS

 The field in this game is modular and is formed depending on which of the seven available missions is drawn first. Character tokens are placed in the right cells, and the great battle of Ukraine against Trotsky and his zombie army begins.

 Everything is very simple: we draw a token from the bag, determine the initiative, after which the corresponding hero can perform either two simple actions (movement or so-called opportunity - different types of blows marked on the character card), or one complex one (exiting the melee zone or moving ) of a character on a field tile where there is already another character).

COMBAT NUANCE

 Jumping around the map, you can accidentally or intentionally end up on the same cell as the enemy. In this case, you will have to fight back, engage in hand-to-hand combat and use all your personal capabilities to win. Each character is unique, asymmetrical, and has a special set of skills available to him in battle. To use such a skill, you must first roll a die and pass a difficulty check for accuracy, comparing the result with the number on the card.

 Successfully hit the target? Let's go further and use force: roll the required number of dice, add the loss rate and strike! Keep in mind: the enemy will not stand silently and wink at you with beautiful eyes, but will try to repel the attack and reduce the damage due to his armor. The difference in points between the attack roll and the opponent's defensive stand will be the critical loss that will take precious life points from the enemy team's tablet or remove a losing soldier from the battlefield.

 Ranged attacks and cover attacks work on the same principle, but with some penalties. Smash the enemy forces for five rounds if you don't want your game to end in an indeterminate draw!
