DESCRIPTION OF THE BOARD GAME DIXIT KIDS 

 Kids love beautiful, bright pictures! This adaptation of the popular game offers plenty of them, and will also force young players to join forces for a common victory! The creators of Dixit Kids have successfully transferred the gameplay of the series, familiar to adult uncles and aunts, to this version for the little ones. Here you will find 84 new cards that can be combined with all other games in the Dixit universe.

 The Postman Bunny is celebrating her birthday, so we need to make her happy in the best way possible - the party should be grand with generous treats for everyone! We need to invite as many guests as possible. In each round, someone takes on the role of the Postman Bunny. He or she visits the rabbit hole and chooses the rabbit they want to see at their party. Then the Quick Rabbit chooses a card from his hand that matches the mood of the guest: this card is the invitation.

 All other players become novice postmen. They have to deliver an invitation to the rabbit that Postman Bunny didn't choose. So you have to find the right invitation, because it depends on the mood of the birthday boy! If enough guests arrive by the end of the week, you win the game together.

MECHANICS

• Cooperative game - all players have a common goal to beat the game itself, rather than competing against each other. Victory or defeat is shared by all participants.
• Communication restrictions - During the game, there are rules that prohibit or severely limit the exchange of information between players. These can include bans on hints, gestures, or discussion, forcing you to convey information indirectly or act randomly.
• Image interpretation - players analyze and interpret the illustrations on the cards, correlating them with the mood of the characters or their own idea; success depends on associative thinking and understanding of visual images.
• Variable player roles - participants perform different functions within the game or individual rounds. Roles can change in a set order, thus creating different responsibilities and ways of interacting.

WHO IS THE GAME FOR?

 Dixit Kids game is primarily aimed at children aged six and up, who are just starting to get acquainted with board games and learn to interact in a team. It is well suited for family parties, where adults do not want to compete with the little ones, but rather support them and share the common result. The game will be appropriate in the family circle, in primary school groups or in classes on the development of speech and imagination, as it stimulates associative thinking, attentiveness to emotions.
