DESCRIPTION OF THE BOARD GAME BLUE LAGOON

 Many boats are approaching the unexplored archipelago. Representatives of different tribes hopefully look into the hazy outlines of new lands. The Polynesian islands meet the settlers with blue lagoons and their natural resources. You have to lead one of the tribes and make it the most prosperous in the archipelago.

HOW TO PLAY

 The islands randomly house resources represented by coconuts, bamboo, water and precious stones. Everyone gets a set of settlers and villages of their own color. The aim of the game is to populate as many islands as possible and collect the maximum amount of resources. The colonization of the islands consists of two phases - research and settlement.

 In the first phase, the settlers arrive on the islands. Exploring the islands begins with the same blue lagoons. Players place chips of settlers, villages and collect resources.

OLD EVENTS AND NEW MECHANICS

 But in the settlement phase something very unusual is happening. Settlers' chips are removed from the field. Now the study begins not with lagoons, but with previously built villages. Later they remain on the field.

 This game mechanics is a reference to real historical facts. For some unknown reason, the Polynesians abandoned seafaring for a good thousand years, and then blew the dust from their boats and launched them back into the water. Scientists are still lost in speculation, but it is well known. The events of a millennium ago became the source of new mechanics, which became a fresh sip of coconut milk for many table settlers and admirers of Rainer Knitsia's work.

LET'S DRINK FOR THE LAGON!

 At the end of each phase, participants receive points for the level of settlement and collected resources. The tribe with the most points uncorks fresh coconut, plays bamboo pipes and drinks for victory. Congratulations!
