DESCRIPTION OF THE BOARD GAME "DUNE: A GAME OF CONQUEST AND DIPLOMACY"

 In 1975, the studio canceled the legendary film "Dune" by Alejandro Jodorowsky , the preparation for which took the director five years. And in four years, the classic game "Dune" was released. In 2021, there is a re-release of this game "Dune: A Game of Conquest and Diplomacy" with the art of a new film based on this brilliant work.

WAR WILL CONSUME THE WHOLE WORLD LIKE ETERNAL FIRE

 In this strategic board game, players can become part of House Atreides, known for its drive for justice and moderation, join the cruel and merciless Harkonnens, join the greedy Imperium, or lead the rebellious Freemen. The goal of each faction is to capture the planet Dune.

 The confrontation will last 5 rounds. Each round consists of seven phases. In the sandstorm phase, players roll a die that determines the movement of the storm, which brings death to all who find themselves in the same location as it. In the spice appearance phase, players reveal a card from the corresponding deck and place the spice in the indicated locations. Worms destroy spices and corrals.

 In the card acquisition phase, players pay for battle and trade cards with spices. In the regeneration phase, you can revive dead units. This is followed by the disembarkation phase of deployment of units. In the battle phase, players play the corresponding cards, fighting for locations and citadels. During the spice gathering phase, your units receive 2 spices if they are in locations with this resource.

 If after 3, 4 or 5 rounds you managed to capture 3 citadels, you win. If at the end of the fifth round no one has the required number of citadels, then the players receive points for controlled objects and determine the winner.
