DESCRIPTION OF THE BOARD GAME NOVA LUNA 

 Everyone knows that it is better to start something new during the new moon or the growing month. A new business is always a challenge, puts before you certain tasks, the implementation of which entails the emergence of new tasks, etc.

 Participants of the abstract board game Nova Luna will solve the tasks that the moon wheel will throw at them, and the completed tasks will generate new ones. Will you be able to plan your actions so as to optimize the process, complete the maximum number of tasks and do it faster than rivals ?!

 Nothing clear? Don't worry, the rules of the New Moon game are very simple. They are explained in just a minute, and you can easily involve beginner boarders in the game. New Moon resembles the game Patchwork, which is not surprising, because they have one author - the legendary Uwe Rosenberg, as well as similar to Azul. If you like these games, welcome to New Moon!

HOW TO PLAY

 Place a lunar wheel on the table that reflects the full cycle of the changing moon. Randomly remove 11 task tiles from a special bag and place them around the lunar wheel. On the 12th cell, set the figure of the moon.

 Players receive the same number of chips (tokens) of their color, one of which is sent to the starting sector of the lunar wheel (to the new moon sector, of course). Other tokens remain in the player's stock.

 At the start of the game, participants take turns (then this principle will change). In his turn, the player has the right to take any tile of the task, located from the figure of the moon at a distance of 1 to 3 cells clockwise and place it in front of him. The figure of the Moon moves to the vacated cell. Now the next player will choose one of the three tiles based on the new location of the month.

 The task tile has a colored background (color), cost and list of tasks. Taking the tile from the field, the player must pay its value (indicated by the number in the circle on the tile). The cost of the tile is paid by moving the token of its color along the track of the lunar ring. The location of the player's token on the lunar track affects the sequence of the next move. Because the next one is ALWAYS the player whose token on the lunar track is the last one (even if he has to walk 5 times in a row). Accordingly, the cheaper you remove the tiles, the more moves you will be able to make.

 In other circles on the tiles are colored spots. These are the tasks that players need to complete. The color of the dots, their number, and the side of the tile on which the circle is located indicates how many tiles of what color (background) and which side of the tile with the task should be adjacent to it (sequentially to each other).

 It would seem that nothing complicated! However, each adjacent tile contains new tasks that would also be good to perform. At the same time, placing a new tile, you should try not to block the execution of a task. As a result, players build a color crossword puzzle.

 After completing the task on any of his tiles, the player immediately covers the circle with the completed task with a token from his stock. By placing one tile, the player can perform several tasks at once.

 If there are 3 or fewer task tiles left on the lunar ring, the active player can decide whether to use the tiles on the table or fill the field with new tiles from the bag.

 Let us emphasize once again that everything is very simple! The player who is the first to use all his tokens, covering the completed tasks, becomes the winner of the game Nova Luna.
