 At the turn of the 16th century, King Manuel I commissioned the greatest masters of Portugal to build grandiose buildings. After the completion of the palaces of Évora and Sintra, the king wished to build the Summer Palace in honor of the most famous members of the royal family. The work was reserved for the most talented craftsmen - whose skill matches the splendor that the royal family deserves. Unfortunately, King Manuel I died before construction began. The players return to Portugal to complete a task that no one has undertaken. As a master craftsman, you must use the best materials to create a summer palace, carefully avoiding wasting valuable resources. Only the best will be able to complete this task to honor the Portuguese royal family.

WHAT IS THE GAME ABOUT?

 In the game Azul: Summer Pavilion you will be the masters who have to return to Portugal and decorate the summer pavilion with the best and most beautiful materials. The main mechanics of the game have not changed - it is an open draft of tiles (very beautiful and pleasant to the touch tiles, I must say). However, it wouldn't be a new version without interesting features: in Azul: Summer Pavilion there are additional tiles, the color of which changes from round to round - they will have to be taken in addition to other tiles.

GAME PROCESS

 A game in Azul: Summer Pavilion lasts six rounds, in which you will collect tiles (sometimes literally grabbing the necessary ones from under the nose of your opponents) and place them on your tablet (this not only gives victory points, but also creates incredibly beautiful mosaic).
