DESCRIPTION OF BOARD GAME GLOOMHAVEN: JAWS OF THE LION

 One day, four mercenaries met in the "Sleeping Lion" inn. Without much thought, they decided to form a squad and named it "Lion's Jaws". Well, it seems that this decision was not so bad. After all, Gloomy Harbor is not the most peaceful place, and because of the city walls, it is increasingly threatening...

 The story of "Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lion" begins several years before the events of Dark Harbor. You will meet four new heroes who are hungry for adventure and easy money. Each character is unique.

 The Inox Hatchet is a warrior who is very skilled at long range. Quatryl Demolitionist is a melee specialist who skillfully manipulates obstacles. The Voidwarden Maiden provides support and controls the enemy's consciousness. Valrath Red Guard is a real battering ram for crowd control. In addition, mercenaries easily adapt to new conditions - you can use them like the heroes of the original game.

 There's something crazy going on in town. Every evening, people go missing on the streets. Perhaps a terrible monster lurked behind the walls of the city? Well, our heroes will have to find out. Let's just say that 16 types of enemies are waiting for you, seven of which will be encountered by players for the first time. And the heroes start a fight with three new bosses.

MY FIRST GLUMHAVEN

 "Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lion" is a light version of "Gloomhaven" , which will allow newcomers to immerse themselves in the world of Dark Harbor, as well as learn the basic rules. You no longer need to build the playing field. Clever double-sided territory tiles have been replaced with scenario books that include maps, markers, and all the necessary markings.

 Two such books containing 25 scenarios are available to players. They will be your guides to the world of adventure. Five learning scenarios will be enough for you to get used to the new universe. It is also possible to create single missions.

 Moving forward, players will paste location stickers on a special map. New locations are opened gradually, during the development of the plot. Characters travel, fight and find various objects. As you develop your character, you will not only fill his deck with new skills, but also improve the deck of modifiers.

 The rules of the game have been carefully revised to lower the entry threshold and are presented in two books. Each book is a summary of all the significant words of the universe and basic terms. In general, everyone who has the desire can "roll" in Gloomhaven.
