DESCRIPTION OF THE BOARD GAME  MASSIVE DARKNESS: HELLSCAPE

 We faced this ten years ago, when we managed to drive out evil and seal the Portal, but the Lightbearers did not celebrate the victory for long. Panic, rivers of blood and a deadly stench reign wherever the new Gates to the World of Darkness open. The decisive blow of her legions will be even stronger than the first, and not only according to the Light Bearers. Will the Radiant Light prevail in this battle, or will the bitter sinful world remain ruled by Darkness? It's up to you, the professional gatherers on your shiny web of gloomy dark dungeons.

 Here is a new, redesigned and improved standalone version of the cooperative game, known to most as Massive Darkness. This time, the creators promised fans of the series something incredible: a logical continuation of the popular dungeon crawler, which not only underwent external changes, but also received new mechanics, formatted from scratch rules, updated monsters and unique abilities of the Lightbearers. All the changes that have been made have been thoroughly calculated and flexibly worked out in the dialogues between the developers and the fan game community.

WHAT'S NEW

 How is this version better than the previous one? To list all the obvious advantages of the new edition, you have to publish the same volume of the booklet as the basic rules of the game. Let's start small: first, we now have a carefully combed, lined up and tied with a gold ribbon monster, which even at the weakest levels will bend, dominate and build vile peaks in the style of Pinocchio: try to defeat me - pipes! And a completely new class of enemies has appeared… however, what we tell you - hurry to see for yourself!

 If the enemies have increased, then the good ones must also get their legal bagel: Light-bearing acquired flexible settings, now you can choose your own hero class for each  game style, so even passing the same quest several times will not be boring. All the loot - armor, knife-axes and other necessary accessories for the adventurer, which we usually get after the battle or find in the chest - was divided into subdivisions: ordinary things, rare, epic and legendary. You know which ones are the hardest to get.

STRUCTURE

 We will explore the world and overcome the omnipotent darkness in phases.

• In the first phase - the phase of heroes - we will move, open doors, interact with tokens, get equipment, exchange it, fight, restore lost health and mana points and perform story tasks. In general, do everything that is inherent in real heroes.
• The second phase - enemies - activates gangs of monsters and wandering underground travelers who will behave differently. Yes, all the figures of the gang attack as a group that seeks to attack the nearest enemy, while spending two actions. Wandering monsters are powerful enemies with unique abilities that have personal conditions for activation. But, we assure you, both of them can attack very unexpectedly and beat the hero to the point of complete loss of consciousness.
• In the third phase of development , we will spend the accumulated experience points to increase the level, improve abilities and acquire new skills, increase the maximum values of mana and health - the most favorite stage of all, which pleases the heart of a true hero.
• The fourth phase is the most dangerous, not without reason it is called the phase of Darkness . During this stage, new threats emerge and the world becomes increasingly dangerous. Evil forces move their markers on the track, slip new monsters to players and replenish wealth in personal chests.
