 Have you ever heard of an unusual puzzle called "tanggram" that came to us from Ancient China? If you don't know, we'll tell you a little about it. The point of this puzzle game is that from the seven simple geometric shapes you need to collect a new, more complex shape, marked with an outline. You need to use all the details of the tanggram, and they should not overlap.

What should be done here?

 To begin with, you can make an image of two or three elements. For example, to make a square, a trapezoid, from triangles. The child can be asked to calculate all the details, compare them in size, find triangles among them. Then you can just attach the details to each other and see what happens: a fungus, a house, a Christmas tree, a bow, a candy, etc. A little later, you can move on to the exercise of drawing figures according to a given example. All 7 puzzle items must be used in these tasks. Starting better with a hare is the simplest of figures of this type.

 A more complex and more interesting task is to reproduce images on sample paths. This exercise requires the visual division of the form into its constituent parts, that is, geometric shapes. Such tasks can be offered to children 5-6 years. The trickiest level is that children can collect images as they see fit. The picture is first conceived mentally, then separate parts are collected, then the whole picture is created.
