DESCRIPTION OF BOARD GAME FORBIDDEN STARS

 Lead your armies and capture the Herakon Cluster at any cost in Forbidden Stars .

 In this game, you and your opponents will increase your military power, build different strategies and face each other on the playing field in incredible battles. You will issue orders to your troops at a strategic level and command armies in intense tactical battles to achieve your own objectives. The first one who can capture the necessary objects will be the winner. But do not doubt - your opponents will not let you do it very easily. You will need all your strategic skill to outplay and outsmart your opponents and capture the Herakon Cluster.

WHAT IS THE GAME ABOUT?

 Forbidden Stars is a sneaky wargame for two to four players. You and your friends (or enemies) will represent the major factions: Eldar, Orcs, Space Marines, and Chaos Space Marines. The goal of each faction is to capture key objects (they are individual for each player).

PREPARATION FOR THE GAME

1. Choose your factions is the first thing you need to do. When you have decided who you will play for, take all the necessary cards, tokens, figurines and your faction sheet.
2. Get the starting components - the back of the faction sheet says what you should get now. Place it all on top of your leaf. Set the value "6" to the material track.
3. Determine the first player - take one building counter token from each player, shuffle them and choose one. This player will go first.
4. Create a playing field - arrange the playing field tiles using the diagram in the rules. After that, place all the tokens on the table as the diagram says. If some factions are not in the game, don't place them.
5. Build event, battle, and upgrade decks - shuffle all your event cards and place them face down. Next, take 10 battle cards and do the same with them. Shuffle the rest of the battle cards and upgrade cards and place them in two new separate columns.
6. Place all other tokens near the playing field.

PLANNING PHASE

 Players place order tokens face down on individual tiles on the playing field. Each type of command token is responsible for a certain type of action that can be implemented in the next phase.

PHASE OF OPERATIONS

 Players reveal their orders. These can be Domination tokens (extracting the necessary resources from friendly planets), Strategy tokens (improving your military capabilities and orders), Deployment tokens (creating new units, cities, bastions and factories) and Offensive tokens (moving your units to fight the opponent). .

UPDATE PHASE

 Here you profit from planets under your control, heal units and reveal Event Cards that will help you achieve your goals.

WIN THE GAME

 Your task is to create a military strategy that you can continuously implement during the game without any delays. In addition, you need to constantly manipulate your opponents so that they do not guess about your plans. Don't forget: either you or someone else wins. Use your strengths and your opponents weaknesses. The winner is the one whose number of captured objects corresponds to the number of factions in the game.
