DESCRIPTION OF THE BOARD GAME STAR WARS: IMPERIAL ASSAULT
The republic deserved the long-awaited victory ... After the destruction of the Death Star, the galaxy regained hope for victory. The empire is having a hard time and, having lost its absolute and main weapon of war, it has to regain strength after such a devastating defeat. While the rebels rejoice in victory and rain from the wreckage of the Death Star falls on the moon Yavin-IV, the Empire decides to take revenge on the rebels who hid on a tiny surface. The Alliance responds and sends its elite detachment to the Imperial Lighthouse near the rebel base. The task of the detachment is to silence the lighthouse.

CAMPAIGN AND FIGHTING
The events of the game take place in the month of Yavin-IV, where the rebels hid after the destruction of the Death Star. The empire is knocked down, but still able to strike back. Players are invited to go through a series of scenarios combined into one big campaign. The results of the completed scenarios affect the next missions, and the participants keep their skills and equipment. Also in the board game "Star Wars: Imperial Assault" provides a fight mode for two players in the selected scenario.
GAME PROCESS
Participants compete on a modular field assembled as specified in a specific scenario. The side that reaches the goal first wins. The game round is divided into two phases - activation and status. In the activation phase, players take turns activating the pieces and performing two actions. The rebels walk with their figures, and the one who plays for the empire with a group of figures. When all the pieces are activated, players move to the status phase - increase the threat and prepare for a new round.
