DESCRIPTION OF BOARD GAME LISBOA

 Lisboa is a game about rebuilding Lisbon after the Great Lisbon Earthquake of November 1, 1755.

 On November 1, 1755, a magnitude 8.5-9.0 earthquake struck Lisbon, followed by a tsunami and three days of fires. The city was almost completely destroyed. The Marquis Pombal, Sebastian José de Carvalho and Melu, was foreign minister at the time. The king commissioned him to restore Lisbon. The Marquis de Pombal has assembled a team of engineers and architects, and you, the players, are representatives of the nobility. You have to use your influence during the reconstruction to develop your business in the new city. You will work with architects to rebuild Lisbon and develop trade. And with the king to gain access to all the buildings. But the real reason you do all this is not for greatness or fame or even wealth, but to get the most important thing at the time: wigs.

 Lisboa's action unfolds on a real map of central Lisbon. When planning the city center, the type of business allowed on each street was determined. The economic machine feeds on gold from the royal treasury. And the flows of this gold are directed by the actions of the players during the game. Each game will be a completely unique experience. The game ends after a certain number of rounds, and the one who collects more wigs by the end of the game wins.

GAME PROCESS

 The party consists of two periods. The first period ends when a player collects two sets of rubble or finishes three decks of political cards. The second period ends when someone collects four sets of rubble or three decks of political cards run out again.

 In his turn, the player returns all his ships, and then plays a political card from his hand to perform actions.

 After playing a political card, a player can perform one of four actions:

1. Sale of goods

 The card is slipped under the tablet in the upper (for nobles and ships) or lower (for treasury cards) part. The nobleman's card provides bonuses or imposes fines. The treasury card allows you to get money from the treasury.

 The player chooses a moored ship (his own or someone else's), moves goods from the warehouse - gold / books / fabric / tools - and receives money from the treasury for them. If the hold is full, the ship sails - the tiles are overturned, and the owner of the ship receives one point for each box.

2. Trade with the nobility

 The card is slipped under the tablet in the upper (for nobles and ships) or lower (for treasury cards) part. The nobleman's card provides bonuses or imposes fines. The treasury card allows you to get money from the treasury.

 The player chooses one of the actions of the state, not occupied by the goods:

• the builder accepts tools or gold. It allows you to put officials in the office or buy a plan;
• the prime minister accepts books or gold. It allows you to build a ship or produce goods;
• the king accepts cloth or gold. He gives the tile of the crown or allows you to move the cardinal and get the tiles of the clergy.

3. Access to the Crown

 Only a nobleman's card. She plays in the Royal Court. The player spends influence to visit the nobleman and:

• (builder) to build a shop on the street, taking rubble from the row and earning winning points;
• (Prime Minister) to receive a decree card;
• (King) Open a brothel using an architect's plan. The player receives rubble. Shop owners in the same row receive winning points.

 Other players who have the chosen nobleman's crown tile can also visit him by giving the crown tile and spending influence.

4. Events

 Treasury card only. She plays in the Royal Court. The player performs an action or receives a bonus.

 At the end of the turn, the player selects one policy card.
