DESCRIPTION OF THE BOARD GAME 5-2-1-1 AZUL

 The decoration of the royal palace with a colorful mosaic continues - welcome with applause the new special version of the board game Azul, now in a new, card role! What is this strange digital code in the name? Let's talk together and try to solve it: 5-2-1-1 - we will receive five cards in our hands, we will play two at once and one more - a little later! Such mathematics is accessible even to avid humanitarians!

PREPARATION AND PROCESS

 We leave the required number of cards in the playing deck, based on the number of players, and put the rest in a box. We deal 5 cards from the formed deck to each person face down, and put the rest  in a pile in the center of the table. And so the big fight for our precious POs begins! Each round will consist of three parts, during which we must manage to play as many cards as possible according to the scheme indicated in the name. At the end of the round, we select cards from the base deck up to 5 and continue the duel until the pile is exhausted!

 For those who haven't understood yet, let's explain: as soon as the first round starts, all players simultaneously take cards into their hands, evaluate their stock and play two of the received cards face down on the table. Then, at the same time, the reveal takes place. We take up to five cards from the deck into our hands and in the next phase of the round, we play only one card, replenish the spent stock again and lay out the last card in front of us. So at the end of the third phase, each player will have 4 face-up cards in front of them on the table and 5 in their hands. The round is over, we count the points!

ROUND RESULTS

 Let's ask ourselves the main question: how many open cards with the cockerel mark are on the table? If there are fewer such cards than players +2, then we count the number of cards of the color that is more on the table and calculate the VP for them, but only if the result is no more than necessary (players take the cards that bring points, and the rest go to the end). It is not lucky to place more cards of the specified color than players +3 - the color burns out and no one receives trophies for it.

 Let's go back to our rooster rams: if there are more than the specified number or the same number as the players +2, then only these "rooster" cards will bring victory points in this round according to a special table, and those who laid them out can rejoice and strengthen their strength with chicken broth - now these played cards remain with their owners as trophies, and the rest must be discarded! So gradually a pile of victory cards will grow near us, the sum of the values of which will determine the final winner! Next round! Haida!
