DESCRIPTION OF THE GIPF BOARD GAME

GIPF, GIPF HELLO!

 Like everything ingenious, the rules are very simple. Players take turns placing chips on the field, trying to draw a line from four chips. If the player manages to build a line, he takes the opponent's chips in the same row.

BASIC OPTION

 Participants start with 15 chips. Three of them are located in the corners of the field, and the remaining 12 form a stock. You can move the chips on your line. Having laid out a line of four chips, the player can return them to his stock. Purpose of the game: be the first to deprive the opponent of all the chips in stock.

STANDARD

 Each player receives 18 chips. Gipf-chips are also introduced into the game. These are stacks of chips consisting of two white or two black chips. Each player starts the game with three gipf chips in the corners of the field. When the gipf-chip is part of the line, it does not have to be removed. If a player decides to remove such a chip from the field, it goes into reserve as two regular ones. A new winning condition is added. Now you need to take at least one gipf chip from the opponent.

GIPF TOURNAMENT

 This option is a combination of the previous two. Participants start the game with an empty field. Players take turns exposing any number of gip chips. After that, you can teach only the usual. The winning conditions are the same as in the "Standard" version.

INFINITE GAMES OF MIND

 Components of different games in the series can be combined with each other. For example, if you managed to win a chip in the game "Zertz", then in "Gipf" you have an additional chip with unique properties. You can experiment with the components as you wish. After all, it is no coincidence that for the series games are tasks and hold all sorts of tournaments.
