DESCRIPTION OF BOARD GAME GAIA PROJECT
Continuation of the game Terra Mystic has acquired a truly cosmic scale. Our heroes have long forgotten about shovels and sailing ships. Armed with advanced technology, they boarded spacecraft and set out to explore space. Now, instead of exploring new lands and changing them for ourselves, we will terraform entire planets! It's time to lead one of the 14 alien civilizations, and make it the most powerful in the universe.
AT A TIME AS OUR SPACE VESSELS AROUND THE SPACE OF THE UNIVERSE
The player chooses the race and will play according to the special rules of this faction. Each race has its own unique abilities as well as game components. The space journey consists of 6 rounds. The playing field is randomly laid out from the tiles.
HOW TO PLAY
Players' goal: to score the maximum number of winning points by the end of the campaign. Points are awarded
- in each round for performing different tasks
- during the action game
- in the finale of the game for performing special tasks
To perform various actions, you do not need strength, enough pure energy. Units of energy are charged in three energy zones before use. Each civilization can explore 6 technologies that significantly expand the capabilities of players:
- Terraforming
- Navigation
- Artificial Intelligence
- Gaia Project
- Economy
- Science
At the start, players have a very modest "Navigation" technology and can travel not too far. But if you pay attention to its development, your starships will soon be further than you might think. Also, the owners of the Quantum Intelligence Cube will be able to jump in space. But no better. We do not need the farthest worlds, but habitable planets. If one of them is not as easy to breathe as one would like, Terraforming technology should be used. The less the planet differs from its home, the fewer stages of terraforming the participant will have to overcome. To make each of them cheaper, you have to patiently master this technology.

Once the planet is ready for settlement, the colonizers can build mine colonies. We need money and ore. Colonies can evolve into commercial, scientific, and special facilities to produce money, ore, and knowledge. As soon as the race completes the construction of the planetary institute, it acquires its unique ability. If your colonies are generously scattered on different planets, you can use satellites to form a federation.
DIVERSITY OF PLANETS
