 As a result of the shipwreck, only six passengers remained alive, who were placed in a boat and swam to the shore in the open sea. You are one of them. Believe it or not, the game will make you fall in love with the story itself! By the way, this is the plot of Alfred Hitchcock's film "Lifeboat". But enough lyrics - it's time to play!

 Board game "Lifeboat" is a representative of the adventure genre and at the same time a psychological game. Teamwork at the same time, and at the same time it's every man for himself. On the one hand, it is a board game, and on the other, it is a real team building training. Are you interested? Not surprising! "On the Board" has been a bestseller for several years.

WHAT'S NEW ON BOARD: LET'S GO OUT TO THE OPEN SEA!

 In the Ukrainian edition of Lifeboat , everything is for you: completely revised rules and updated components of the three expansions, including new heroes - Madam Wong and Dr. Harper.

 So there are six people in the boat: the captain, the old man, the sailor, Lady Lauren, Sir Stephen and Little. Roles are distributed randomly. Each player has their own attributes and physical characteristics. For example, Malyi knows how to steal things from fellow travelers, and the old man is an excellent swimmer, etc.

 Also, each player in the boat has one best friend and one sworn enemy. Only you know who is your friend and who is your enemy. You met the rest of the fellow travelers already in the boat. Each of the strangers is cunning, treacherous and always wants to steal something from you, and even more so - to throw it overboard.

 Your goal: while the boat sails to the shore, you need to stay alive, protect your friend and, if possible, get rid of the enemy.

GAME PROCESS

 The boat sails for several days. Each game round is one day. Each day is divided into three phases:

• distribution of supplies;
• actions;
• navigation.

 There are supplies on the bow of the boat, passengers are located further on, and navigation charts are on the stern of the boat.

 All passengers sit in a certain order. The person sitting closest to the supplies draws six cards from the supply deck, chooses one for himself, passes the deck to the next player, and so on. Among the supplies you can find a first aid kit, water, a lifebuoy, an umbrella, a knife or even a flare gun. All of these things are necessary to perform actions.

 Actions . After receiving the supplies, the players begin their actions: you can change places in the boat, you can take an oar and dive, you can try to take something from someone, and if this someone does not give it back, you can start a fight with him or throw him overboard. The winner gets an item, and the loser gets a wound token. In addition to wound tokens, there are fatigue tokens in the game. Players get them after rowing, after a fight, etc.

 Navigation . At the end of the round, we take a card from the navigation deck. As soon as we get the fourth seagull (a card with a seagull image) from this deck, the game ends. It is considered that we have reached the shore and the counting of points can begin.

WHO IS THE GAME FOR?

 We described the global goal of the game above. We will only add that the winner will be the one who earns more points. Points are awarded for the presence of money, jewelry, etc., which you received during the game from the supply deck. In theory, the game can be won by a player who is not even alive, supposedly leaving everything earned to his heirs.
