DESCRIPTION OF THE BOARD GAME PAGAN: FATE OF ROANOKE

 This dark and magical game, which takes place on the territory of colonial America in 1587, has something to touch its fan. And no wonder - this setting makes you want to breathe, it is so atmospheric from the first word to the last art! Pagan: Fate of Roanoke pits the two of you — you, the witch, and you, the witch — against each other for life.

ASYMMETRIC GAME FOR TWO

 So, let's try to explain what is happening here, from the very beginning: the famous witch doctor Samuel Crook responded to the epistle of elder Biggs about the fact that vile witchcraft is brewing in the village. What will happen here and now - no one knows, because it depends only on you: the whole struggle of insidious evil spirits and charms against the cold hunting calculation will unfold with your direct participation!

 Decide whether you are a witch or a witch hunter, take your own deck of 50 cards that can be changed arbitrarily, and try to achieve your goal: complete a powerful rite of restoration of nature before the hunter is on your trail, or reveal the witch from between nine suspects before she can cast her spell!

 A witch - player or player - will logically know which of the nine suspects is the real witch. She draws one of the suspect cards at the start of the game and keeps it for herself. And on this person she has to perform a ritual in order to win. Therefore, the witch doctor will have to strain to find someone who soothes natural witchcraft. During the game, we will play cards on our own tablets, interact with the characters in the center of the table and mark the people we need with tokens.

CARDS ARE NOT THE LAST IN THE CARD GAME!

 A little note about the card decks that will definitely surprise you: let's try not to blink too much at this phenomenon and note that the game initially contains 50 cards for the witch hunter and 50 for the witch, and that's enough... it could be. However, if you look at the additions, and even those that have not yet been published in the Ukrainian edition... the power of those cards is strong there! And therefore, when you play the basic version and understand what is for what, you can combine them in the way you want and adjust your strategy. Just be careful not to put more than 2 cards with the same name in your deck under any circumstances.

 In the game, there are several types of cards that you will play - instant or long-acting. The witches' tablet will be ruled by trinkets and minions, and allies and townspeople will be placed on the witcher's tablet. The evil spirits cards are played on the evil spirits board, and the investigation cards are placed on the village board. Card effects are completely asymmetric and unique to both players.

 The game "Pagan: Fate of Roanoke" is designed for two players who are not afraid of a fierce confrontation, where each will have his own goal.
