DESCRIPTION OF THE BOARD GAME RACE TO THE RAFT

 The unfortunate cats from the Island of Cats are not in trouble, but in trouble: now they are suffering from a fire, and then the army of Lord Vesh - the same intruder, who obviously does not like furry creatures very much - has decided to loot all the survivors! Confused and lost cats dream of making a safe way to the raft located on the other side of the island. Sure, you're going to help them… but how are you going to do it?

 Each round, the fire will spread across the island, so the available actions will become less and less, but something will have to be decided: in the cooperative board game "Save the cats", everyone will have to act together to achieve a joint victory, or save no one and lose. Which would you rather choose: reach the goal as quickly as possible or take a longer route, but keep the cats from setting fire to their long tails?

LET'S GET READY: EVERY GAME IS A NEW PUZZLE!

 So let's save cats - such a goal of the game will never seem unjustified! To begin with, you need to choose one of the scenarios, of which there are 81 in total in the game. All of them are grouped by topic and, collected in a pile, they form 12 campaigns. After choosing a scenario, you also need to decide on the desired level of difficulty: you can choose standard or difficult. The complexity of the scenarios was also assessed on a five-point scale.

 Now lay out the island tablets, place the raft, location, and fire maps on the marked places, and also add cat figurines to the created island as indicated in the selected scenario. Certain scenarios also require special additional preparations: for example, you may need water or objective tokens, as well as meow and talk tokens. Be careful: some scenario can turn into a real disaster!

IT'S GETTING HOTTER!

 During each round we will have to take cards and play their properties. After that, it's time to rest - and it's all over again until we win or lose: forget about a fixed number of rounds, there isn't one here.

 We decide and discuss who will take cards from which decks of paths, after which we are silent, and each player draws three corresponding cards. Now it's time to play them: we can use them to pave a path or move some cat with their help. After a new path appears on the island, the fire continues to spread as well: take 1 random tile from the fire bag and add it to the field according to the placement rules.

 To move the cat, the terrain card must be discarded, and all discarded cards become the disaster pile. If there are four or more of them, disaster is inevitable - hellish flames will spread all around! Also, keep in mind that cats like to walk only on one type of terrain. Someone loves to swim in rivers, someone lives only in the red forest, etc. After loading his paws, the cat lies down to rest - for now he is exhausted. Spend all the cards in your hand and proceed to the third phase of the round - rest. Pick up all the exhausted cats and start a new day and new island wanderings!

 Let each of the cats reach the raft, then your cat team wins, or it can happen that the entire area of the island is covered in fire: if there is no more room for a new fire tile, you will be defeated. You will also lose if, at any point in the game, it becomes clear that the path to safety for a cat is hopelessly blocked, or when fire or territory tiles come out.
