What is the essence of the game?
In the Pan House board game box, you actually buy two economic games at once - the two-sided box allows you to play both the Basic version and the Expert version. And the differences in the two options are quite significant. The basic version of the game is intended for playing in a family circle with children and for beginner players. Experienced players can immediately play at the Expert level.

In the basic, family, version of the game you have to build a house. And the larger the house and the more elements you have, the closer you are to victory.

The game lasts for 6 rounds and each round consists of several phases.

For starters, we will go shopping.

Players take turns moving one of their chips at one of the playground houses. Then, we also alternate the second chip and so on until all five movement chips are on the playing field. The movement chips have different denominations (0, 1, 1, 2, 3), which will indicate the amount of goods you can receive.

Your shopping trip should be planned in advance - if the first chip can be placed on any building, then the following - only on the building adjacent to the one on which your chip already has.

Different buildings allow you to buy different building materials, hire workers, obtain permits for construction or receive money from a bank (which can be exchanged for any construction resource).

We transfer all purchases to our warehouse.

Then we form a group of purchased building materials, corresponding to various elements of buildings (walls, windows, doors, roofs and pipes). Here is just to automatically collect from the building materials of a particular part of the house you will not succeed. We'll have to roll the cube. The chance of throwing a good result can be slightly increased if you were able to hire workers, but eliminating the chance factor does not help.

To all those who have been expecting a larger economic component, I suggest playing an expert level immediately. Everything is more interesting here. There is no dependence on the cube. It is necessary to plan not only purchases, but also the order of the course and financial expenses.

At the Expert level, players do not automatically receive building materials, but have to pay for their purchase. With a lack of finances, the player automatically receives credit, but only the outstanding credits at the end of the game will bring you penalty points.
