DESCRIPTION OF BOARD GAME THE QUEST FOR EL DORADO 

 In the depths of the dense jungle of South America, the city of Eldorado is hidden, full of gold, jewels and valuable artifacts. You will have to lead an expedition and go in search of a lost city. Gather a team of specialists, buy the necessary equipment and plan your trip wisely. Whoever reaches El Dorado first will receive all its treasures.

 Together with Rainer Knitsia, we had time to visit various lost cities of our planet, and even visited the High Society. Well, we hope this experience will be useful to us. After all, we have a long way to go.

EL DORADO IS OUR DESTINY!

 From the large hexagonal areas, players lay out the route along which their groups will move. The heroes will have to cut through impenetrable jungles, swim across raging blue streams, cross gray mountains, make their way through black caves, pass yellow settlements and red camps.

 Location tokens are laid out on large hexagonal areas, between which there are obstacle bars representing a series of jungles, water, mountains and settlements. The route ends with the Eldorado tile, from which the heroes are separated by jungle or water.

 Each participant receives meeples of their color, as well as a starting deck of 8 cards. During his turn, the player plays one expedition card from his hand. Green cards help you navigate the jungle. With the help of blue cards, the heroes swim across rivers. By overcoming obstacles, the player plays a certain number of cards of one or another color and takes away a bar.

 To cross a mountain, a player discards cards. By moving to the hex next to the black cave, the player receives a token that gives one-time bonuses. By passing through the red camp hexes, players remove them from the game. Cards with red crosses are jokers, but can only be used once.

 Yellow cards with coin symbols allow you to pass through settlements and recruit new team members - buy new cards from the market. Purchased cards are placed in the player's personal discard pile.

 There are also purple cards in the game - these are actions. Such cards can be played at any moment of your turn. For example, the cartographer allows you to take two cards from the discard pile and play them on your turn.

 At the end of the turn, the player draws 4 cards into his hand. When one of the expeditions reaches El Dorado, the party ends. The players between the leader and the first player make another move. The player who reaches the finish line and overcomes as many obstacles as possible wins.
