DESCRIPTION OF EXPANSION DUNE: IXIANS & TLEILAXU
The "Dune" universe has been replenished with two new houses. The Ixians and Tleilaxu are an integral part of the economy of the Merchants and Freighters Cartel. The X royal family was one of the richest families in the Empire. The Tleilaxu became their worst enemies when they invaded X along with the Emperor's Sardaukar. This enmity persisted for many years even after X was freed by the forces of the Ixians and the Atreides.
IXIAN TECHNOLOGIES
The Ixians have excelled in producing devices of all sizes, including the enormous highliners that are the primary cargo vessels in the Space Guild's transportation system. The house is headed by the cyborgized Prince Rhombus Vernius. Ixians know which betrayal cards are in play and can influence the cards during trades.
The Tleilaxu, led by the Consul, have technology called axolotl vats. With their help, you can restore vision and create clones of the dead, which are called holas. The Tleilaxu also use Lycedil mutants to infiltrate other factions. Both factions lead closed lifestyles and carefully guard their secrets
New houses have special abilities. Tleilax can prevent an opponent from performing Force Awakens and/or Leader. The Ixians can move the hidden Mobile Fortresses in the Fortress 2 area during their turn when transporting goods and moving.
