DESCRIPTION OF BOARD GAME BEEZ   

 Many have probably watched the animated series "Maya the Bee", which tells about the adventures of the same bee and her friend Willy. Children dreamed of living the lives of their favorite heroes for at least a day. And now we have such an opportunity. In the family abstract strategy "Beez", players act as bees collecting honey for their hive.

BEFORE THE GAME

 We will collect honey in a blooming meadow, strewn with fragrant flowers and green leaves covered with dew drops. The playing field is assembled from different fragments, which are divided into hexes. In the center of the field, each player places his bee. Large and small chips of pollen are laid out on the flowers.

 Each player receives a beehive tablet with honeycombs for nectar and a honey counter. The tablet is divided into rows of hexes, where we will place the collected pollen. Bees love order, so all rows are marked with certain numbers - 1, 2-3, 4-5. Players also have general and personal goals, which are represented by the corresponding cards.

BEES WORK ALL SUMMER

 Participants take turns. In the course of the game, we will build a route to the flowers, collect pollen, get honey points and complete goals. Before building a route, you need to understand how our bees can fly. Let's start with the fact that you can't immediately fly in the direction where the bee is looking. First you need to turn the bee in any other direction.

 On each side of the bee stand there are numbers that are related to the rows of the hive. They indicate how far we can fly. Therefore, on our turn, we return the bee and shuffle it by the specified number of hexes.

 When you land on a flower, you get a small pollen token that the bee touches, or one large and one of the small tokens if you land in the center of the flower. After drinking dew from a leaf, you can make an additional move.

 After that, we remember how many hexes we have moved, place the received token in the row of the hive with the corresponding numbers and move the honey marker. In the advanced version of the game, the tokens must be placed next to each other, otherwise you will not be able to collect the nectar.

 You can get honey not only by collecting pollen, but also by fulfilling the conditions of the objective map. For example, you need to fill the entire row with the number 1 or collect nectar of certain colors. When one player reaches the last drop on the honey meter, the game ends.

 The board game "Beez" will interest fans of abstract strategies on the theme of nature. In the world of "Beez" all players work peacefully, but in the cartoon "Maya the Bee" bees not only collected honey, but also fought with hornets.
