DESCRIPTION OF BOARD GAME RORY'S STORY CUBE: CLUES

Scandals, intrigues, investigations - this is exactly what Rory's Story Cubes: Clues is about. Among the pictures you will find fingerprints, traces of DNA, mysterious signs and various objects that are typical for the investigation of a mysterious event. With this set, the story is sure to take on a dramatic tone or turn into a sinister detective story. Recommended for older players.

HOW TO PLAY?

3 cubes from the Evidence set must be added to another set of Story Cubes, it is best if the result is at least 9 cubes, because the author of the game recommends using 3 cubes at the beginning, 3 in the middle and 3 at the end to create stories. Such a scheme provides the optimal space for creativity: the story will not be too long to drag on or get boring, but also not too short, which allows you to give free rein to imagination and fantasy. This is exactly what Story Cubes were created for!

WHAT IS THE RESULT?

Detective add-on is a huge space for imagination. Now your hero can use handcuffs or execute the sentence of the prosecutor. The main character or one of the characters can be Harry Potter, Spider-Man or Sherlock Holmes. He helps to solve a mysterious crime, to find the villain. Images of a bottle, a liquid stain, and fingerprints can suggest poisoning, but they can also be misleading, sending the investigation down the wrong path.

It is not at all necessary for the plot to be purely detective. All drawings are universal: a fingerprint is a treasure map, a safe is a time machine, a rat is an enchanted prince, etc. Players are not limited in anything and can create their story as they want!
