DESCRIPTION OF BOARD GAME MONSTERS VS HEROES: VICTORIAN NIGHTMARES

 Another game for connoisseurs of bluff and tricks found its purpose and was released. Only you know which team you are on and who you can call your allies: heroes or monsters. If you manage not to give away your intentions and not to reveal your faction until the end of the game, you will receive a candy... or a bag of blood: suddenly you are Dracula?

 It will be fun and fast to play: in the box you will find two themed decks of cards called "Night London" and "Sherlock in Hell". Each of them contains 30 character cards with special effects and 6 faction cards (three for heroes and three for monsters). Are you ready? Let's start!

HOW TO PLAY

 Pick up a random faction card and do not show it to others. Let all the players do the same. Now put the extra faction cards in the box, hide it away and don't let anyone look in there: how many cards there are and what they are - secret information. Now we create a deck of characters, form a reset next to it and take three cards from it - this is our starting hand. You can drop them if you don't like them, and take new ones, but you are allowed to do this only once! Remember, there should always be no more than three cards in your hand - that's the maximum!

 In our turn, we do one of two things: either we play the card in front of us, forming our own playing area, or we take the top card from the deck. Some cards allow you to play them into another player's play area to spite them a little. When playing a card, we read the text on it and apply its effects, basically all of them, even negative ones, unless otherwise noted.

 As soon as anyone takes the last card from the deck, the game is over. Everyone reveals their faction cards and counts the number of special symbols on the cards in their playing area. Heroes get one point for ladybugs and lose points for skulls, and monsters do the opposite!

WHO IS THE GAME FOR?

 This fast-paced card game can bring anyone to the table: both children and their parents. Here, monsters and literary characters of the 19th century - Dracula, the werewolf, Van Helsing, Arsene Lupin and others - are next to demons and monsters from the stories of the genius detective Sherlock Holmes. The decks are compatible with each other, and you can combine them together with other games in the series.
