2. If no one has laughed for three rounds, all players draw one card from the next deck after the cards they have.

 After taking the cards, the player already speaks and does together everything that is written on him.

WHO WILL LOSE?

 The player who collects 4 cards first, and then laughs, loses in this game. On the contrary, the most stable wins.
